The Essential of English Language
It’s necessary to know the language to communicate. In general, the most popular language is English. In this computer age, English is the only language that everyone can understand. By using language that is understandable, we can express our feelings.
First, we must learn the language and we need to gain fluency in the language. If you were not fluent in English, would not be possible to use a computer. If you do not know English, you need a translator to do the job.
The first stage of learning this language will be very interesting. Once you are conversant with the alphabet, slowly, you can learn many words. It is always best to follow the method of first reading then writing.
You can use the books for this purpose. If you feel that you are familiar with the words, you can form sentences. This is the phase of the most interesting to learn.
You only think of a sentence in their mother language and tried the same phrase written in English. There may be some errors. But you need not worry about it. You have the same effect by using different words until you are satisfied with your writing.
The next step is to learn grammar. It is very simple and systematic comparison with other languages. There are certain rules and regulations for each topic in the grammar. As long as you follow the rules and regulations, it would be a difficult task to make mistakes. You get more from the orientation of the grammar.
Communication is a major factor in conveying a feeling. Slowly, you can use a standard language to improve communication practice your language.
The Difference between Education and Training
Many people do not understand the difference between education and training. Education is to provide information and communicate to their students. Training is on practice and skills development. Generation of young workers is now through education, but not necessarily well trained.
The problem, if not raise them before the training, it can cause problems. Think about how you learned to drive. You need knowledge about the law and then the real training to get behind the wheel. Education is not done effectively, can lead to undesirable results at the time of training.
There are several ways to ensure consistency of education and training. The first is the manual way. This way is rather difficult to be accepted by students because too boring. We need documentation, but make it more entertaining. Fill in some images and text slightly, so it is more interesting than watching cartoons. People are more likely to remember what they see than what they read.
The second is with video. Better than reading for most employees, but they provide only a small fraction of the desired maximum duration of approximately 3-5 minutes and some change in visual imagery.
The third is online. Some communities are using e-learning. This way is convenient, because like reading a book on the PC we can keep the text for more comfortable viewing. The question of review can be incorporated as a checkpoint for the student to the next section. It is great way to change video and print, but not for training.
Test. We all hate tests. To ensure consistency in the tests, keep it simple and visual images as much as possible and receipts. It is also used multiple choice, ordering, or the wrong format to ensure consistency in classification. Actually doing all the existing tests is to evaluate teachers in the same way.
All forms above are the only educational, but most managers think this way is training. We do not have permission to drive after reading a book, watch the video, and pass the test. We must demonstrate our expertise to the authorities before we got permission to drive. Education is something that must come first before training.
For that, we need to conduct a validation of the skills necessary to do the job. Knowing the job and doing are two very different things.
Validation of skills is capable to give us a picture of a classification for students. For example, in food production. Having a new employee to demonstrate skills, a manager state two things, namely how well the coach and how much employees can perform the functions of the job. We all think that we have the same understanding of the word “welcome host” or “suggestive selling”, but when the field, many of us fined something that is less precise. If not because of the ability of coaches, they just do what they see from other restaurants which is it is often not too good. Evaluation of skills validation can be done every 90 to 180 days to maintain the standard.
A person is to train people. Just because we have, a good employee does not mean they are a good coach. The right way will help the teaching, but must be followed by showing the training, coaching, and validates the skills of new employees. To illustrate this point for your team, ask your trainer to train you to tie shoes or clothes. You pretend not to know. Actually, it is a simple task, we can all do in our sleep, but it is very difficult to train someone for how to do it.
History Has Been Defined, Long Before The Historical Knowledge
Webster’s Dictionary defines history as “a branch of knowledge that records and explains past events” (Webster 2001). One important reason is to gain knowledge of history. You should see all the historical facts and events of recorded history, to acquire what may be written as “knowledge of history.” It’s not just head knowledge and memorizing, but understanding of the facts, deaths, purchases, wars, colleagues, and above all an understanding of “character” of the people behind this great event.
Whether it’s reading about Lincoln, sixteenth President of our United States, which puts the president and abolished slavery with the Emancipation Proclamation and the Louisiana Purchase, the United States a large area of ??land acquired for the price of the modem day away. Great Depression of the 1920s many people are affected mentally and physically – to make 10 years of hard for all our citizens. These and many other historical events examined for their knowledge – and knowledge is power history.
In 1860, political conflict, slavery, and Abraham Lincoln were elected President of the United States. Lincoln and the Republican Party advocated the total abolition of slavery in the United States. “A house divided against it cannot stand,” Lincoln said. Moreover, “this government cannot endure permanently half slave and free … I do not expect the house to fall … It is one thing or another” (the young republic 25). In 1863, Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation, declaring all slaves in the Confederacy free – through the authority as president and commander. History has accelerated the size of the United States as our third president, Thomas Jefferson, made a deal with Louisiana Territory from France for the purchase of 15 million U.S. dollars. This large-scale purchase nearly doubled the size of our nation and we have some of the most fertile soil and good in the world.
Many other Latin American countries obtained only with blood, sacrifice, and war. They will get the victory when they fighting for their country. Today we read in our text about the blood, sweat and tears of our military leaders are committed to these victories to win. We are indebted to our government and military leaders. Although it might not be enough to offer, our war heroes really freedom fighters, that the freedom we now so easily captured. Jefferson’s “Rough Riders” should be commended for such efforts to preserve and defend our freedom. The U.S. economy took a big fall down during the Great Depression. Stock market crash of 1929 residents to leave the queue for bread and looking for work like never before in our history. Historical records show that investors lost everything.
Thousands of banks, businesses, and schools closed. A ton of loans can be repaid because of low crop prices. Many, many Americans are busy workers suddenly without jobs. Our economy has always affected our society. Study of our economy is critical to understanding our history. When we study history, learn a lot about our country and ourselves. Abraham Lincoln comes to mind as a mirror for us, because he stays as president, while others may have stopped. Abraham Lincoln showed the American people young and old how to have faith when life’s challenges.
Lincoln is an example of “balance” in your life, shot by John Wilkes Booth, the theater, of all places. He was not very intelligent or strong-mind to stop enjoying life. It takes time for things that are important, and that leaves a strong legacy for all Americans. Finally, one must look at all the historical facts and events of recorded history, to acquire what may be written as “knowledge of history.” It’s not just head knowledge and memorizing, but understanding of the facts, deaths, purchases, wars, colleagues, and above all an understanding of “character” of the people behind this great event. Many Americans are dedicated to studying the books, newspapers, and magazines from the past. For this courageous that we respect us because they represent the past, but more importantly, they are the picture of our hopes for the future.
Abraham Lincoln led our country from slavery, and in doing so, he opened his social, political, and economic opportunities for everyone and it really brings us back to the Declaration of Independence. Past events have their way to class with the promise of nearly a century old, loyalty. Our promise is a constant reminder of victories won by our great leaders in the past: “I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States, and the republic stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.” United States of America is a free country today because of the sacrifice and we owe a big thanks to our ancestors who fought for this country a republic, a free country, a country where everything is possible with the right amount of hard work and solid spiritual foundation.
